2008 Topps Stadium Club Baseball

By | October 7, 2008

Returning to the lineup this year is the Stadium Club name but in a whole new format. This years Stadium Club Baseball is not for the casual collector. A hobby box will set you back around $200 so this issue is not for everyone. However, you can always pick up the singles of the players you like for a lot less.

Each hobby box contains twelve packs with five cards per pack. These boxes are loaded with autographs. Every box contains 12 Autograph cards with 6 of them being Rookie Cards. Also in each box you will find one Hobby Exclusive Yankee relic card. Each box should also contain 12 numbered Rookies and 12 numbered Parallels.

There are a 100 Veterans in the base set along with 50 Rookies falling one per pack and numbered to 1499. An old Stadium Club favorite, the First Day Issue cards are back and numbered to 999. There are several other inserts and parallels numbered with some of them being 1 of 1 cards. The new Sketch cards are really popular and are seeded two per case.
